Provides facilities, resources, and services to its certified & approved users.
Coordinates equipment availability.
Provides a central source of information regarding the school's
classrooms, computer labs, & studio access for film,
audio & TV.*1
Users must present valid Ithaca College identification and a valid
Park Card to schedule facilities
or borrow equipment.
The Park Card must be exchanged for some facilities or
equipment use until the facility or equipment is returned
to service.
Access is governed by availability and prioritized by:
In-class classroom use.
Authorized course related projects.
Other use.
Authorization, scheduling, and confirmation limits disruption
of production time by preventing conflicts, misuse, loss of equipment.
Some requests may require an authorizing signature.
There are limitations on the amount of time an individual
may have scheduled. Once a request has been confirmed,
it will not be superseded except in unusual circumstances.
Equipment failure can cause an unavoidable disruption,
and the same scale of priorities applies to any
substitutions.

Some equipment and materials, not listed here, do not
require scheduled use and may be picked up at the
Portable Equipment Center
without prior notice, during regular hours.
